Rio Loco
The Rio Loco festival was held from June 15 to 19.
It takes place outdoors at the Prairie des Filtres, on the banks of the Garonne, in Toulouse in front of more than 100,000 people.
It is a festival dedicated to current & world music. It was created in 1995.
This year, Portuguese music was in the spotlight with a focus on Portuguese bands and musicians.
The Rio Loco offers the public, in addition to concerts, animations and installations as well as visual arts exhibitions.
It is a multi-disciplinary festival which not only allows the discovery of new musical artists but which also promotes the discovery of other forms of more visual art.
Pop Corn festival
First edition for this festival which will take place on July 2nd in Montcuq-en-Quercy-Blanc.
It is a small village of 1700 inhabitants located in the heart of South-West France, 95km north of Toulouse.
The reputation of this village is well established since the visit of Daniel Prévost and “the petit rapporteur”, a french tv show, in 1976 for a report that has remained in the memories.
The red thread of the festival will be a special edition of Popcorn, the talk show usually streamed on Twitch.
Garorock experience
The Garorock Experience festival will take place from June 30 to July 3 in Marmande.
Created in 1997, it is now a well-established festival that welcomes more than 160,000 festival-goers around the Filhole campsite.
The programming, initially with a strong punk/rock tendency, has opened up to other musical currents over the years.
Big names in music have appeared on the festival stages, such as Muse, Iggy Pop and even Public enemy.
The program is always rich and varied.
This year, the festival welcomes artists like Green Day, M or Stromae, PNL and Orelsan.
Pointu festival
The Pointu festival will take place from July 1 to 3 on the Gaou peninsula in Six-Fours-les-Plages.
This is the sixth edition of this indie rock festival.
After five sessions of free concerts, the festival is changing its mode of operation this year.
Admission becomes chargeable in order to be able to meet the costs inherent in setting up such an event.
This year, among the artists present, it will be possible to see and listen to The Hives and Jungle.

Cognac Blues Passion
This is the 29th edition for this festival.
It takes place in the public garden of the city of Cognac, an exceptional setting since it is one of the rare classified English gardens open to the public.
You can discover a rock and blues program from July 6th to 10th with artists like Simple minds, Francis Cabrel, Rodrigo Y Gabriela, Ben Harper or Marcus King.
